PERFORMING ARTIST REGISTRATION

The registration deadline for Arts Trek 2012 is March 23. Performers will receive confirmation of performance times and locations by April 13.

Each participating performer must sign the Terms and Conditions prior to performing. A legal guardian must sign for minor performers. Please open and print the Performance Terms and Conditions (opens in new window) for each member of your performance.
