We hope that you will join us along with amazing performers, artists, crafters, and volunteers from our community to make Arts Trek a great success!
What?
We are seeking organizations, businesses, and individuals to sponsor Arts Trek. This event is not a fundraiser for the museum or any partnering organization; it's sole purpose is to promote the arts in Shawene and Oklahoma and to provide an educational, entertaining activity for adulsts, students, and families. Last year, an estimated 1,500 people attended the event. This year we are looking forward to even more visitors and participants!
By acting as an Arts Trek sponsor, you will promote the arts and your organization/business!
Sponsorships are available for $0-$300!
When?
Arts Trek is Saturday, April 21, 2012, 10:00 am-4:00 pm
- The event is free and open to the public.
Where?
Arts Trek takes place at the Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art and St. Gregory’s University campus at 1900 W. MacArthur, Shawnee, OK 74804.

Sponsor registrations will be accepted later, but must be received by March 23 or earlier for recognition in signage and media.

Sponsorship Options:
$0 Helping Hands Sponsor
- “Donate” time and energy only. Your employees or your volunteers will host one art project booth during the event, helping visitors create simple make-n-take art projects.
- Instructions, all art supplies, and table/chairs are provided. There is no cost to you!
- The activity can possibly be tailored to coordinate with your mission.
- You will receive prominent recognition in press releases, newspaper advertising, event signage, and at the booth location.
- You may bring promotional materials to distribute at the art project booth. (If displaying and/or distributing materials, please read and sign the exhibitor terms and conditions that are included with the registration.)
$100 Canopy Donor
- You will be helping purchase a canopy to be used for activities or by artists/vendors for the Arts Trek festival and possibly for other museum or community events.
- Your name will be featured on the canopy during the Arts Trek event.
- You may donate multiple canopies. Your name will be featured on each.
$200 Activities Sponsor
- You will receive recognition in press releases and event signage.
$300 Event Sponsor
- You will receive prominent recognition in press releases, advertising, on the website, & event signage.
- You are eligible for a FREE outdoor booth space where you may distribute promotion materials. (Table and 2 chairs are provided) (If displaying and/or distributing materials, please read and sign the exhibitor terms and conditions that are included with the registration.)
