Oklahoma artist and art educator Patrick Riley has been a leader among Oklahoma artists for over 40 years. His works are included in the collections of the Oklahoma State Capital, the Oklahoma Supreme Court, the John F. Kennedy Center, the Arkansas Arts Center, the AT&T Collection, and Lady Gaga.
